• De Amerikaanse techreuzen publiceerden vorige week al hun bedrijfsresultaten, maar ook deze week staan nog enkele grote namen op de rol: MetLife, Moderna, Pfizer en Kellog in de VS, Siemens (Healthineers), Estée Lauder, adidas, A.P. Møller-Mærsk, BMW, Vestas, Volkswagen en Zalando in Europa. In de Benelux is het uitkijken naar AB InBev, ArcelorMittal, bpost, DSM en Solvay.
• Ook liefhebbers van macro-economisch nieuws komen deze week aan hun trekken. Zo starten we vandaag met sentimentsindicatoren in de VS en Europa. In de VS staat bij de start van de maand de drietrapsrakket over de werkgelegenheid op de kalender. De Bank of England heeft woensdag een beleidsvergadering gepland en vrijdag sluiten we de week af met nog een verse lading sentimentsindicatoren in China en Japan.
• Niet onbelangrijk om toe te voegen is dat de beurzen in China en Japan deze week pas op donderdag open gaan naar aanleiding van een aantal feestdagen. In het Verenigd Koninkrijk is vandaag ook een ‘Bank Holiday’ waardoor de Londense beurs de deuren gesloten houdt.
